Versatile Bandsaw for cuts of small and medium batch production either mechanics or light steelwork up to 45° right and 60° left.
Automatic easy stops at 0°, 45°, 60° left and 45°right. Graduated plate to identify different angles.
Vice with adjustable guides, free to move alongside the worktable, with rapid approaching and clamping.
Blade guides with hard metal pads, additional bearing for blade alignment.
Rigid cast-iron sawframe with tubular section ,pulleys 320 mm diameter and high blade tension 1700 kg / cm².
Wide working space 418 mm diameter with rotating table integral with the sawframe to avoid incisions of the table, rotation on thrust ring with pre-loaded thrust bearing.
Cutting Capacity till 255 mm., square till240 mm. and rectangular till 300×180 mm.
| Minimal lubrication system OPTIONAL
It is possible to require , for all Imet machines, the minimal lubrication system , it avoids the dispersion of refrigerant liquid typical in the use of emulsifiable oil, the life of the blade is not in any way affected. |

| BS 300 inverter OPTIONAL
If required, the electronic inverter for variable blade speed allows the operator via keyboard to adjust the machine to be able to cut a wide range of materials and different sections. The change of speed is via inverter and it does not affect the power of the engine even at low speeds. |

It is possible to request as optional the mounting of a vice with pneumatic opening / closing controlled by the movement of the sawframe.

| Roller tables RTS
Roller tables with free rolls, to use for loading side and unloading side, made of an electrowelded steel structure in forms of 2 meters each, with 7 galvanized steel rolls (of PVC for Velox models), the first element is with two adjustable height pedestals , the following ones with single pedestal. They include plates of protection among the rolls to avoid crushing. The structure is completely closed to avoid dispersions of coolant. |
