IMET KS 620 Semiautomatic hydraulic bandsaw
Semiautomatic hydraulic bandsaw specially designed for cutting medium and big size of pipes and profiles. Mitre cutting up to 60° left and right, with easy stops at 0°, 45° left and 45° right.
Very strong steel sawframe with tubular section, pulleys diameter 520 mm.
Hard metal pads inside the blade guides. Possibility to slide the frontal vice along the work table. Wide working space to support the material.
Mechanical device (position sensor) that allows the sawframe to lower quickly toward the material and detect automatically the start and end cut point.
Mobile console with 3-ways selector to choose different working modalities: the return of the sawframe with steady blade, or end at the cutting cycle without the return of the sawframe.
Cutting capacity: round till 500 mm., square till 420 mm. and rectangular till 600×350 mm.

In Model KS 620, in the front of the column there are two metal doors , one houses the hydraulic control unit easily accessible for rapid maintenance, while the other one houses the tank and the electric motor of the coolant pump. |

| Minimal lubrication system OPTIONAL
It is possible to require , for all Imet machines, the minimal lubrication system , it avoids the dispersion of refrigerant liquid typical in the use of emulsifiable oil, the life of the blade is not in any way affected. |

| Roller tables with motorized rolls RTR
Roller tables with motorized rolls, to be used for both loading– unloading side, driven by pinions, chain and electric motor controlled by an inverter; the management of the roller tables is performed trough a mobile push-button panel provided of: speed regulation movement, direction movement, emergency button,simultaneous or single functioning of the tables. Completable with metric rod, manual positioning with digital reading or motorized version. In the motorized version possibility to memorize up to 10 different lengths through PLC. Position sensor to slow down the run of the material and to guarantee the precision of the lengths of cut. Operation: once selected the sense of advancement of the loading-unloading tables, the operator through buttons moves the material that in proximity of the length stop will slow down automatically till the established measure. |
